Order Processing
All orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via standard mail through USPS (or equivalent carrier). Tracking will be provided when available.

This policy applies to all physical items we ship

- Apparel (shirts, hoodies, hats)
- Cassette tapes
- Stickers, buttons and small merch items
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Domestic & International Orders
We ship within the United States and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.
Delays & Issues
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Second Engine Records is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused in transit. If something arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
