Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (when applicable)
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the request
Approved returns or exchanges are subject to review.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective:
- Vinyl records that have been opened
- Cassette tapes that have been opened
- Stickers and low-cost promotional items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Lost Packages
Second Engine Records is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once marked as delivered. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier first and reach out to us if you need assistance.
Preorders
All preorder sales are final. Release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or supply-chain delays.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
